Pineapple Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, undrained
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside.
Combine sugar and flour in a small saucepan; add egg, stirring well.
Stir in lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened.
Cool.
Add the reserved pineapple and mayonnaise, stirring well.
Serve spread on date-nut bread.
