Chocolate Fruit Bread

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  Sugar 5 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Sifted flour 13 Cup (208 tbs)
  Melted butter 5 Tablespoon
  Chopped candied fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioner' s sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix milk, sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in 2 cups warm water; add to milk mixture.
Add eggs.
Add 6 cups flour; beat until smooth.
Add butter, 6 cups flour, candied fruit and chocolate chips; mix well.
Knead in remaining flour.
Place in greased bowl; cover.
Let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Shape into 8 loaves; place in greased loaf pans.
Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees; bake for 30 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar while hot.
