Step be step demonstration of making focaccia.
Ingredients
  Pizza dough 1 Pound
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pre heat oven to 500 degrees Farenheit and heat the pizza stone for 30 minutes or more.

MAKING
2. Roll out the dough and stretch with hands and place on the paddle.
3. Drizzle olive oil.
4. Sprinkle black pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary and parsley.
5. Sprinkle the cheese and the red chili flakes.
6. Slide the dough off the paddle onto the stone and bake for 8 minutes.

SERVING
7. Take it out from the oven, slice and serve.
