Raisin-Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten (slightly)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Sift flour, soda and salt together; add oats.
Mix egg and sugar; beat until smooth.
Add buttermilk; beat.
Add to flour mixture; add raisins and walnuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
