Ingredients
  Yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), lukewarm
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Ground sage 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Combine cot- tage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, sage, salt, soda, egg and yeast mixture; add flour, forming stiff dough.
Cover; let rise for 50 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Stir down; let rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
Place in greased 8-inch round casserole.
Bake at 350 de- grees for 40 to 50 minutes.
Brush crust with butter; sprinkle with salt if: desired.
