|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Soda||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Combine sugar and eggs in large mixing bowl.
Add oil and zucchini; mix well.
Add remaining ingredi- ents; blend well.
Pour into large microwave bundt pan.
Microwave on High for 4 minutes; rotate dish.
Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes longer or until bread begins to pull away from sides.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before turning out of pan.
Frost if desired.
