Oat Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 5 Teaspoon
  Oatmeal 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), uncooked
  Powdered milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Boiling water 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Active dry yeast 1⁄2 Ounce (2 packs)
  Ground whole wheat flour 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Unbleached white flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a large bowl, add the margarine, powdered milk, oatmeal, and the molasses reserving a small amount
2) Add in the 4 cups of boiling water and mix well till the margarine is completely melted
3) Tip in the yeast and remaining of the water to the reserved molasses
4) Add the yeast mixture to the oatmeal mixture
5) Add in the whole wheat and white flours
6) Mix to form a dough
7) Cover the dough with a tea towel
8) Allow to rise till it doubles
9) Knead the dough and shape into a loaf
10) Place the loaf into a non stick bread pan
11) Cover the pan to allow the dough to rise some more
12) Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
13) Take out from the an and place onto a wire rack to cool

SERVING
14) Serve the loaf warm with some butter and raspberry preserve
