Whole Wheat Bread And Mushroom Turkey Dressing

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Small fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, halved
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Whole wheat bread cubes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), toasted
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried whole thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (optional)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a medium saucepan and combine together wine, butter, green onions and mushrooms. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until mushrooms get tender.
2) Add the next 5 ingredients to the mixture. Stir nicely together.
3) Add the chicken broth and stir to mix well.

SERVING
4) Use the dressing to stuff inside the turkey. You can store the dressing by spooning gently inside a 1 quart casserole.
