Applesauce Tea Bread

Ingredients
  White flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Applesauce 8 Ounce
  Egg 1
  Skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the flours, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon powder and keep aside
2) Add in the egg, milk and applesauce and mix well to combine to form a dough
3) Place into a non stick bread pan
4) Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes till done
5) Turn out onto a wire rack to cool

SERVING
6) Serve warm with some jam and butter
