|Fine breadcrumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use Soft Variety)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , rind grated|
|Minced fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Cut the white portion of bread into small and fine pieces.
2. Take a bowl, add the bread crumbs with other ingredients and stir well.
3. Use the mixture to stuff the chicken.
