Bread And Lemon Stuffing

Ingredients
  Fine breadcrumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use Soft Variety)
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , rind grated
  Minced fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the white portion of bread into small and fine pieces.
2. Take a bowl, add the bread crumbs with other ingredients and stir well.

SERVING
3. Use the mixture to stuff the chicken.
