Easy Beer Bread
|Self-rising flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Beer can||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
1)Use a large bowl and combine flour and sugar in it.
2)Slowly add beer (at room temperature), stirring just until moistened spoon into a greased and floured 9- x 5-x 3-inch loaf pan.
3)Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until loaf tests done.
4)Brush top with butter.
5)Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes and remove from pan, and cool completely on wire rack.
6)Slice with electric knife.
7)Serve it as a snack.
