Pineapple Apricot Bread

Ingredients
  All-purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Chopped dried apricots 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350° F

MAKING
2. Combine the first 4 ingredients and set the mixture aside
3. Also combine the next 3 ingredients, beat properly
4. Continue by adding next 4 ingredients and beat it properly, now stir in flour mixture and pecans
5. In a greased and floured 9- x 5- x 3-inch loaf pan, pour mixture
6. Finally bake 50° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, till tender
7. Cool for 10 minutes

SERVING
8. Serve with fresh fruits
