Rye Bread

Ingredients
  Dry yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Warm water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Rye flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a cup, dissolve the yeast in water
2) Add in the oil
3) Add in the flour and salt
4) Using more water if necessary knead to make a dough
5) Cover the dough with cling wrap and keep in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours
6) Punch the dough down
7) Knead for 5 minutes and shape the dough to a loaf and place well greased into a bread pan
8) Cover the bread pan and allow to rise for 30 minutes
9) Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 375 F

SERVING
10) Let the bread rest and cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving for breakfast or with your meal.
