Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Banana 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), mashed
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Arrowroot flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl mix together the banana and the water
2) Beat the egg yolks with a fork and mix with the banana mixture
3) Add in the arrowroot flour, soda, nuts, salt and mix well
4) Pour the batter into a greased bread pan
5) Bake at 350 F at 45 minutes

SERVING
6) Slice and serve the bread with butter
