Dessert Croissants

Ingredients
  Apricot jam/Red current jelly 4 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Croissants 6 (Freshly Made / Reheated)
  Corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Cognac 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small pan boil jam or jelly with 2 tablespoons water for 1 minute.
2. With a pastry brush, glaze mixture over the Croissants.
3. In a pan boil corn syrup and 1 tablespoon water for 1 minute.
4. Take off heat and add cognac and lemon juice.
5. Add enough powdered sugar and stir to make a thin paste.
6. Spread over jam coating.

SERVING
7. Serve warm.
