Limpa Rye Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rye flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), heated to 120 degrees
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)Take a bowl and mix the whole wheat and rye flour,oatmeal,salt and sugar.
2)Take a pan,and heat the orange rind and milk together.
3)Add yeast to milk mixutre and pour into a bowl.Quickly add this to the dry ingredients,mix well will smooth.
4)Cover this and let it rise in a warm place, for upto 1 1/2 hours till it doubles up in size.
5)Take a bowl and mix oil and 4 cups of flour with the spong mixture.
6)Sprinkle some flour on a kneading surface,add the dough and knead in the rest of flour.
7)Pick a bowl and grease it,add the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
8)Once done, punch and divide into half.
9)Roll each part into a ball .
10)Take a cookie sheet,grease it and place these balls on it.sprinkle oatmeal on the sheet.
11)Let rise for 1 hour or till double.
12)Now heat oven to 325 degrees.
13)Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

SERVING
14)It can be served warm or room temperature.
