Microwave Old Fashion Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In glass microwave dishes, place all the dry ingredients and then mix them all separately. Combine and mix just till just wet and tip into a glass baking dish.
2. Cook covered on MEDIUM (5) for 9 minutes, then on HIGH (9) for 5 minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve hot
