Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and the salt
2) Mix together the orange juice, rind, egg and the melted butter
3) Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix till the flour is well combined
4) Fold in the cranberries and nuts
5) Into two greased pans, pour in the batter
6) Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 350 F

SERVING
7) Serve the bread into slices with some jam and serve warm
