Traditional Cranberry Bread

Traditional cranberry bread reminds of the holidays. Cranberries are always a part of the Thanksgiving. The reddish pink bread looks beautiful, adding color to the festive season. Serve traditional cranberry bread for breakfast.
Ingredients
  All-purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder.
2)In another bowl, mix eggs, orange juice, hot water, butter and orange rind.
3)Mix it into flour mixture.
4)Add cranberries and nuts.
5)Take 2 greased loaf pans and put the batter into it.
6)Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
7)Remove from pans and cool on rack.

SERVING
8)Serve the traditional cranberry bread as a snack.
