Quick Wholemeal Bread

Ingredients
  Fresh yeast 1 Ounce (30 Grams)
  Mixed flour 1 Pound (Mixed Plain Flours, Wholemeal And Strong White, In Any Proportion, 455 Grams)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Pint (At Blood Heat, 285 Milliliter)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix yeast, flour and salt, and add water to make soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
2) Take well-greased bread tin and put the dough inside. Now, put the tin into a plastic bag and loosely tie it. Let it rise until double size.
3) When the dough is ready, remove plastic bag and bake it at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Keep the tin on middle shelf.

SERVING
4) Serve the quick wholemeal bread for snack for breakfast.
