Whole Wheat Raisin Bread
|White flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lukewarm water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift wheat flour & white flour into bowl.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add dissolved yeast & shortening to flour mix; stir in milk, sugar & salt.
Mix well into a stiff dough.
Set and let rise till next morning.
Form into 2 loaves; bake in slow oven.
