Vegetable Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
  White bread slice 1 , made into crumbs
  Canned mushrooms 5 Ounce, finely minced (1 can)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , finely minced
  Celery ribs 2 , finely minced
  Poultry seasonings 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chicken bouillon 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, put together all ingredients except bouillon and mix well.
2. Sprinkle enough bouillon to moisten the mixture; blend it well.

SERVING
3. Stuff chicken breast or shrimps or fresh fillets with the mixture.
4. Bake it in the oven until tender.

TIPS
In a non-stick baking pan, the stuffing can be baked separately for 20-25 minutes until top is brown.
