Vegetable Bread Stuffing
|White bread slice||1 , made into crumbs|
|Canned mushrooms||5 Ounce, finely minced (1 can)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , finely minced|
|Celery ribs||2 , finely minced|
|Poultry seasonings||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chicken bouillon||4 Tablespoon|
1. In a bowl, put together all ingredients except bouillon and mix well.
2. Sprinkle enough bouillon to moisten the mixture; blend it well.
3. Stuff chicken breast or shrimps or fresh fillets with the mixture.
4. Bake it in the oven until tender.
In a non-stick baking pan, the stuffing can be baked separately for 20-25 minutes until top is brown.
