Chocolate Sundae with Banana and Peanut Butter Melt
|Bananas||3 Large (Cavendish bananas will do, but if using pisang mas, double the quantities)|
|Peanut butter||2 Tablespoon (Smooth or chunky)|
|Double cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Belgian, as needed)|
1. In the blender, blend the bananas and the peanut butter together.
2. Add the double cream and blend well again
3. Microwave this mixture on HIGH For 30-40 seconds to warm it and then serve it on top of chocolate ice cream
4. Serve immediately.
