|Sourdough rolls||4 Large|
|Unsalted butter||8 Tablespoon, softened (1 Stick)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly grated mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat the broiler.
Slice the rolls in half.
Spread each half with about 1 tablespoon of the butter.
Sprinkle with the garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella, divided equally among the halves.
Broil until the cheeses are bubbling and the bread is toasted around the edges.
