|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
1. With electric mixer at low speed, beat flour, eggs 4-6 minutes or until mixture is shiny; gradually add milk, continuing to beat until blended; stir in butter, salt; let stand 20 minutes.
2. Preheat 8-inch Chef Style Fry Pan over medium heat 2 minutes or until drops of water dance on dry pan surface; for each crepe, pour about 2 tablespoons batter into pan; immediately tilt pan to coat bottom evenly; cook 45 seconds or until top looks dry; turn; cook second side about 20 seconds.
3. Serve hot. Makes 12
