Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Baking mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Jiffy)
  Mashed ripe bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (3 Medium Ones)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake about 55 minutes.
Cool on rack before slicing.
Enjoy!
