Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chicken liver 1 , chopped
  Chicken liver 1
  White bread slice 3 , cubed
  White bread slice 3
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 2 tablespoons hot butter in medium skillet, saute onion until golden.
Add liver, saute 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in bread cubes, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add milk, tossing mixture with a fork.
Use to fill prepared chicken.
Makes enough to stuff a 4-lb roasting chicken.
