|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Tomato sauce||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|French bread loaf||1 , sliced|
|Smoked meat||1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, grated|
In small bowl, blend butter and garlic.
In separate bowl, mix together tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil and oregano.
Spread garlic butter over loaf halves.
Top with tomato mixture, salami, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Place loaf halves on baking sheet; bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheeses melt.
Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
