Orange Raisin Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame 1 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients, raisins and orange rind; in another bowl, mix together all the other ingredients
2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix till just combined; turn the batter into an oiled 8.5"X4.5" bread pan
3. Bake in an oven preheated to 325°F for an hour

4. Serve as appropriate
