Carrot Nut Bread
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrots||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated|
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Combine together the sugar and oil; add eggs beating well after each addition.
3) Stir in the dry ingredients together and add to the sugar mixture.
4) Stir in the carrots and nuts.
5) Bake in an oven loaf pan for about a hour in 350°F temperature.
6) Serve hot and crispy.
