Brown Bread

Ingredients
  Warm water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 7⁄9 Cup (12.44 tbs)
  White flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C)

MAKING
2) In a large mixing bowl, pour the warm water and add the honey, molasses, oil, beaten eggs, lemon juice and salt and mix it well
3) Add 5 cups of whole wheat flour gradually with 2 tablespoons fast-rising yeast mixed in.
4) Stir/beat it vigorously and let it rise for about 20 minutes
5) Mix in the rest of the flour and knead for about 5~10 minutes
6) Place the dough in a greased bowl and again let it rise for 20 minutes
7) Punch the dough once and again let it double in size
8) Shape the dough into loaves or round balls as per choice and let it rise for another 20 minutes after covering it
9) Once done, place it in a greased pan and again let it rise till just short of an hour
10) Bake in a 350°F oven for about 40 minutes.

SERVING
11) Serve the loaves crisp and hot
12) If needed, brush tops with soft butter/margarine before serving
