Banana Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Bananas 3 , mashed
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Nutmeats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine bananas & egg, mix well.
Beat in shortening, molasses & sugar.
Add flour, salt, baking soda & baking powder; beat very well.
Mix in nutmeats; pour in greased loaf pan.
Bake for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
