Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Melted butter 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Buttermilk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Molasses 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all dry ingredients, mix well.
Add remainder of ingredients, mix well, and pour into a greased & floured loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
