Croutons

Ingredients
  Bread cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (1/2 Inch cubes)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed or minced
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°.
Spread the bread cubes on an unoiled baking sheet and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until completely dry and lighdy toasted.
Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet.
Add the toasted bread cubes and the garlic, and stir constandy until the bread is lighdy coated and the garlic is just beginning to color.
Remove from the heat.
The croutons can be served immediately, still warm.
Or set them aside to cool and then store them tighdy covered until serving time.
