Quick Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Active dry yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Lukewarm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mace 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, scald the milk and set it aside to cool down
2. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water, add honey and add lukewarm milk and two cups of flour when the mixture begins to turn frothy
3. Keep adding flour, half a cup at a time, beating after each addition; add mace and add the rest of the flour as you knead, as it turns stiff
4. When all the flour has been used up, cover the bowl with a towel andplace in a warm place to triple in bulk; punch down after forty five minutes
5. In an oiled 8.5"X4.5" bread pan, add the batter and allow to rise for another ten minutes in a warm place to rise
6. In an oven preheated to 350°F, place the bread and bake for an hour; remove fom the oven and cool completely on a rack

7. Slice and serve
