Parmesan Luncheon Bread

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  White dinner wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 400°c.

MAKING
2) In a bowl mix biscuit mix, sugar, onion and oregano.
3) Add melted butter, wine, beaten egg and milk.
4) Beat the mixture until blended.
5) Grease a round 8" cake pan and pour the batter into it.
6) Sprinkle cheese on top.
7) Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve warm.
