No-Fail White Bread

No fail white bread is so called owing to the fact that this recipe for making bread never fails. This is one of the very simple recipes. No fail white bread is easily slice-able just like sandwich bread and is moist for people who are on sugar free diet. No fail white bread can be made with whole wheat or buck wheat, and honey can be substituted to make it healthier.
Ingredients
  Yeast 1 1⁄4 Ounce
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  All purpose flour 25 Cup (400 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, soften yeast in lukewarm water.
2)In a large bowl, mix shortening, sugar and salt.
3)Add milk and boiling water. Let it cool to lukewarm.
4)Add yeast and about 7 cups flour. Beat until smooth like sponge.
5)Add enough flour, 2 cups at a time, to make stiff dough.
6)On a floured surface, knead dough until smooth and elastic.
7)Take a greased bowl and put the dough in it. Cover it.
8)Let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down.
9)Shape into 8 loaves.
10)Take greased bread pans and put the loaves in them.
11)Let them rise until almost doubled in bulk.
12)Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

SERVING
13)Slice the no fail white bread and serve warm.
