Potato Bread Or Fadge
|Plain flour||4 Ounce|
|Salt and pepper||1|
1 Combine the potatoes and seasoned flour.
2 Knead lightly on a floured board and roll out a quarter of an inch thick.
3 Cut into rounds or triangles.
4 Bake on floured, preheated griddle or pan until well skinned on both sides.
5 Serve hot with butter or reheat by frying in fat.
