Peppercorn Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Peppercorns 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cornmeal.
2)In another bowl, mix eggs, milk and oil.
3)Mix the two mixtures just to moisten.
4)Add peppercorns.
5)Take a hot greased corn stick pans and pour the batter into it.
6)Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden.

SERVING
7)Serve the corn sticks as an accompliment to other dishes.
