Pilgrims Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small
  Canned pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
2. Using an electric mixer, add the oil, water, eggs and pumpkin.
3. Mix for only 1 minute until thoroughly blended.
FINALIZING

4. In a greased baking pan, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the batter.
6. Cook on Medium for 13 to 15 minutes; turn twice.

SERVING
7. Cool for 10 minutes.
8. Turn out of dish.
9. Serve hot
