Mango Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Nonfat milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canola oil 3 Tablespoon
  Ripe mango 1 , peeled and chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350F.
2.Take a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and put it aside.

MAKING
3.In a bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
4.Take a separate bowl and make a mixture of beaten eggs, milk, oil, mango and lemon juice in it.
5.Add the mango mixture to the flour mixture and stir well.
6.Transfer the batter into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
7.Check for the bread's doneness by inserting a wooden pick.
8.Once done, allow the bread to settle at room temperature.

SERVING
9.Cut into slices and serve.
