Ingredients
  Eggs 3 Large
  Butter 15 Gram
  Milk 90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoons)
  Salad cream 15 Milliliter (3 Teaspoon)
  Chopped chives 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Along with the butter and milk, scramble the eggs and allow them to cool.
2) Add the chives and salad cream and stir well.
3) Season properly to taste.

SERVING
4) Serve right away.
