Banana Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
|1% low fat milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dark brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|French bread||2 Ounce, cubed|
|Ripe banana||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Place 1/2 cup bread cubes into each of 2 (8-ounce) ramekins coated with cooking spray. Spoon 2 tablespoons milk mixture over each serving, and top each with 1/4 cup banana. Sprinkle each serving with 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar. Top each serving with 1/2 cup bread cubes and 2 tablespoons milk mixture. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350°.
3. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until set. Spoon 1 tablespoon caramel syrup over each serving.
