Eggless Quick Whole Wheat Bread
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Unbleached white flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Sieve in dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and honey to dry ingredients and stir well to form a thick batter. Mix in nuts and raisins.
3. Pour into a thoroughly greased loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes till well done and brown.
4. Slice and serve with fruits of your choice and skim milk.
