Dilly Bread

Ingredients
  Cake yeast 1 Ounce
  Creamed cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Small Curd)
  Flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Dill seed 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In quarter cup of warm water, dissolve the yeast
2. In a pan, heat cottage cheese gently till hot and then mix it thoroughly with the yeast solution and flour
3. Add all the other ingredients, beat well and pour into a greased bread tin
4. Allow to rise till double; brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle some salt and bake for forty five minutes at 350°F

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
