Banana Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  30% less fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Such As Breakstone)
  Mashed ripe banana 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 Large, lightly beaten
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat your oven to 350° F

MAKING
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and soda, sugar, salt; blend it all well and make a well in the centre
3. In another bowl, combine sour cream, mashed banana, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and egg white and stir it all well
4. Add it to the flour and stir only until moist; spoon this batter into a 6"X3"X2" sprayed with cooking spray
5. Bake it in the oven for a little over half an hour until a cake tester comes out clean
6. Allow it to cool in a pan for ten minutes and then remove and cool on a wire rack

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
