Blueberry Walnut Dessert Bread
|Blueberry muffin cake mix||8 Ounce (1 Package, Atkins Quick Quisine Deluxe)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat an 8- by 4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine bake mix, walnuts, blueberries, and cinnamon in a bowl; make a well in the center.
3. Lightly beat eggs in a medium bowl; whisk in water, oil, and sour cream. Pour into well and stir until combined.
4. Pour into pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in the pan about 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool to room temperature on a rack. Cut into twelve 3/4-inch slices.
