Holiday Fruit And Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Lecithin granules 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Brewer's yeast 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Corn oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pitted dates 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Walnuts 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
In a larger bowl, place oil, honey, yogurt, eggs and tamari.
Stir to combine.
Stir dates, walnuts and orange rind into the liquid ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture slowly, stirring after each addition.
Lightly oil an 8 1/2 X 4 1/2-inch (22 X 11-cm) bread pan.
Pour batter into bread pan and bake in a preheated 325°F (165°C.) oven for about an hour, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
