|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
1. Into a bowl break the eggs and beat well.
2. Whisk in the flour, sugar and enough milk to make a consistency of thin cream.
3. Whisk in the melted butter.
4. Raise a frypan over medium heat, ladle in some batter tipping it round the pan and toss.
5. Onto a plate slide, sprinkling with sugar and roll up.
6. Squeeze a little lemon juice over, sprinkle with some more sugar and serve.
