Toasted Coconut Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat pastry flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raw sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded, toasted coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together.

MAKING
2) In a large mixing bowl, add egg, milk and vanilla; stir in the flour, fold in the coconut , blend well; pour in the greased loaf pan.
3) Bake at 350 Deg F for about an hourr; cool on rack.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
